When it comes to the dessert, Falooda is the most popular and delicious cold dessert among Pakistani. It is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, sweet basil seeds and pieces of jelly with milk. Some restaurants often topped it off with a scoop of ice cream. The vermicelli used for preparing falooda is made from wheat, arrowroot, cornstarch. Gulab Jamun

Whenever i see Gulab Jamun, my mouth watered because I love Gulab jamun. It is milk-solidbased South Asian sweet. It is made mainly from milk solids and Khoya. Khoya is milk reduced to the consistency of a soft dough. Dried or powdered milk is also used instead of Khoa. It is often garnished with dried nuts such as almonds to enhance flavour.
